* Who will do your freight forwarding? * Can your licensed customs broker arrange for the bond required by U.S. Customs? * Do you have a place to store and redistribute the product, or do you plan to use a public warehouse or fulfillment service to handle this for you? * If you have a facility, does it have a dock for unloading and reshipping? * Have you met with an experienced business casualty insurance agent? * Have you used "reasonable care" in the entrance of goods and "informed complaince" in your record keeping? * Have you send a copy of your documents (packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, etc) to your customs broker to assist with pre-clearance efforts?
